ZUS88 Registration: Creating Your Account
You need a ZUS88 account before you can use the platform. ZUS88 registration takes only a few minutes:
- Open the ZUS88 app (see our Android APK guide or iOS guide) or the web version, and tap Register.
- Choose a username. Avoid using your full name or IC number.
- Enter a Malaysian mobile number that you own and will keep long term.
- Create a strong password (see the password tips below).
- Enter the one-time code (OTP) sent by SMS, if requested.
- Read the terms and conditions, confirm you meet the age requirement and finish registration.
Tip: Use accurate details where they are required. If you ever need account recovery, support will check them to confirm that the account belongs to you.
How to Use ZUS88 Login
- Open the ZUS88 app or your bookmarked web link.
- Tap Login.
- Enter your username (or registered phone number) and password.
- Complete any verification step, such as an OTP.
Keeping Your ZUS88 Account Access Secure
- Use a unique password of at least 10 characters, mixing upper- and lower-case letters, numbers and symbols. Don't reuse your banking or email password.
- Never share your OTP. Real ZUS88 customer support never needs your password or OTP.

- Log out on shared phones and don't let browsers save your password on devices other people use.
- Check your account history regularly and report anything you don't recognise straight away.
ZUS88 Login Problem: Common Causes and Fixes

ZUS88 Forgot Password: How to Reset It
If you have forgotten your password, don't keep guessing; repeated failed attempts can lock your account. Use the ZUS88 password reset process instead:
- Tap Forgot Password on the login screen (if available).
- Enter your username or registered mobile number.
- Enter the verification code sent to your phone.
- Create a new password you have never used before.
- Log in and review your account details and recent activity.
If there is no Forgot Password option, contact ZUS88 customer support from inside the app and ask for a password reset.
ZUS88 Account Recovery
If you have lost access to your registered phone number, or think someone else has accessed your account, you need ZUS88 account recovery:
- Contact ZUS88 customer support through the in-app chat, WhatsApp or Telegram (buttons below).
- Explain the problem clearly and give your username.
- Be ready to verify your identity using the details you registered with.
- Once access is restored, change your password immediately and review your account history.
Beware of recovery scams. People who message you first offering to "unlock" or "recover" your account, especially for a fee, are not genuine support. Never pay anyone to recover an account and never share your OTP.
